I am a conservative, Bible-believing Christian, and so it is plain what my views are of life. At least that is what I thought.
Today I read an article that had several views of what a conservative Christian's views are seen to be and it upset me to say the least.

I am said to be among those with "a small intellect, growing smaller." I must have "excess religious zeal," and be"fanatical and delusional."
A conservative Christian was reduced by on writer to the level of "islamic terrorists."

Another writer said the conservative seeks God's "abundant wisdom" for national public policy. Now I agree with that, but not when it's called "evangelical stupidity."
Added to us is the name, "gospels of fear and hate."

I cannot give a reason for the words. I know I should ignore them but it isn't easy. I know what I am to do and believe. And I know I am not to hate anyone for what they say about my beliefs. And I do not.

I just had to remind people it is happening and the Christian can take it if he remembers who Father God and Jesus are. We are not to retaliate. We know God is in control.
